Felicity is an experienced property valuer and property consultant with nearly three decades in the property industry. Her career spans roles with leading international firms and the establishment of her own consultancy, giving her a unique perspective that blends corporate expertise with independent advisory insight. Felicity works in conjunction with other valuation firms to provide valuation services to a range of clients.

She specialises in going concern valuations, compulsory acquisitions, and complex asset classes such as self-storage, childcare centres, caravan parks, and retirement living. Having worked extensively across Sydney, the Illawarra, South Coast, and internationally in the UK and Asia, she brings deep market knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to every project.
Local Knowledge
Felicity has extensive knowledge of the Illawarra and South Coast residential markets, undertaking valuations and advice for stamp duty, probate and family law.
Consulting and Advisory
Felicity can provide tailored advice on acquisitions, disposals, feasibility studies, and due diligence. She also provides compulsory acquisition advice, market research, and demand/supply analysis.
Qualifications
Felicity is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She is also a part time teacher at TAFE Ultimo in the Valuation degree course.
